Baidu Interview Tomorrow
No it is not a job interview. Rather it is for a paper for my Managing Global Innovation class. This class is taught by Prof. Dr. Max von Zedtwitz at the Tsinghua School of Economics and Management. The interview was arranged through contacts my classmate Danna has.
The focus on the interview is on the challenges of managing an R&D fascility particularly one that is global or part of a multi-national enterprise. Baidu is primarily a China focussed company now, but their spider has visited Muschamp.ca and I doubt it was due to the vast amount of Chinese language content on my site. I’m not sure what I’ll be able to reveal to the blogosphere from my little chat as I may have to sign an NDA.
