This morning I helped the husband of the TA for my Theory of Investment class prepare for his upcoming job interview with the British Embassy. When I was back at Sauder I went to a number of PDP events and was pleased to learn that I knew what was what when it comes to resumes, cover letters, and interviews. Hopefully a few people remember the whole hard drive fiasco. How I missed school, bought an external drive, backed up my data and left my laptop to be serviced. They supposedly ran an entire days worth of load testing on it and found no problems. Now it won’t start up and diskwarrior can’t find it either…

Apparently I’m not nominated, a shocker I know. I am glad I got to vote in both the elections. It is nice to actually get to vote. I didn’t even know you can do a write in candidate until after I voted for the first batch. Maybe I should have wrote in Cthulu to revise an old tradition of not choosing a lesser evil…
